That on top of the already retarded laundry list of 'improvements'. And they don't even buy you dinner first. (n/t) from Darius.
The more I think about it the less the system makes sense. You can buy a PSP-3000 with a 16GB memory stick for about $50 less new, which does everything and allows you to use UMDs, which means you can get games really cheap and stuff. I can tell it's supposed to compete with the iPod touch or something, but...
