Posted by SignOfZeta on June 30, 2009 at 15:16:50 EST in reply to So I watched the hilarious Korg DS-10+ "keynote" video on Youtube and the most interesting thing is that it can put out double the number of voices of the original DS-10. This is a DSi-only thing, regular DS users will still only be able to use two synths at once, etc. This is the first time I've seen a game (or whatever) coming out on a normal DS card (ie: not a download game) that uses DSi capabilities like this. In this case, I assume its the extra RAM. Hopefully more developers will be able to use the extra RAM with such significant results. from SignOfZeta.

BTW, more voices are nice, very nice, but if I had to pick a dream feature for DS-10+ it would be the ability to render tracks to the SD card. Too bad they didn't do that.
