Reminder: a "shooter" is either side scrolling or vertical. Doom/Quake/etc is not a shooter, neither is Time Crisis. Also, nothing European, please. (n/t) from SignOfZeta.
If I still had my GameBoy Pocket, I'd pick up Solar Striker. For me, Cotton on the NGPC all the way. So vivid. (Could be brighter.)
