Only one that I know of was a multicart: King of Fighters: R-1 and Melon-chan's Growth Diary (I don't know whether they were full or cut-down versions of those two games). I clearly remember trying to buy the Rockman Demo Cart on Ebay but obviously failed. I grabbed pictures of all the ones that I ever found for sale but those pics and my archive of NGPC curiosities is mostly gone.
