Bill, Joel and I played it for just about an hour, and it was the most fun I've had playing a Castlevania since Simon's Quest. Yup. (n/t) from Apples.

Okay I figured out how to level Charlotte's spells. You have to absorb additional copies of that spell, up to 9 copies each. Then they start getting hella powerful. Shanoa still makes no sense to me, apparently you have to find glyphs in boss chests, but some glyphs can also be absorbed (using magnes? maybe I should have played that Castlevania). I wish this game was a retail release just so it could have full documentation. There's sooooo much shit in here, totally PSO style.
