"Pocket Rumble" NGPC-style fighting game on Steam Early Access.
 
By "Cardboard Robot Games." Haven't tried it myself, it's $9.99 for early access on Steam. Still in pretty early phases of adding characters (some only partially complete) and testing.
 
Doing a pretty decent job of aping MotM's look and sound, although I hope there will be an option to turn off the scanline effect.
