It's also possible that "NGF" or "Neo Geo Freak" is more marketable than Chris and Dion's individual names, which when typed into Google only return a tidal wave of verbal diarrhea and hatred. Maybe John is their new lackey. They have been operating again lately thanks to Facebook.

Btw, if this is a new subspecies of NGF that has contacted you be aware that whatever he wants from you he already has a buyer for at 4x the price. That's assuming he's not out to bootleg it and keep the original. These are truely awful people.
