Ah, my bad. Good to hear it wasn't SNK that treated her like that. Although, it's probably naive to think that similar stuff didn't happen there.

oh yeah, I'm sure it did!! just this particular instance wasn't there :P she did say she tended to work with people at SNK and video system that cared about your output, not your gender, so I know at least two oldschool designers who were good bosses :P

Yeah, I'd imagine those weirdo companies would be cooler and more likely Nintendo or Koei would hold back the ladies for whatever the excuse was at the moment. Its hard to imagine anyone at SNK calling anyone an otaku, even the management. Its a pretty trashy company, lets face it.
