The Cassette Vision version came out in '81; if the original arcade Yosaku came out two years prior, as that commenter says, that puts it in '79. Haven't been able to find a start date for Orca Corporation, or any other credits to them that early. But if this is all legit, the original game was made by Orca, several of whose members would later go on to form Toaplan, who did some work for SNK. (n/t) from Paleface.

If thats not an arcade game then I don’t know what it could be. It’s vertical and has decent sound and not too many machines you’d ever port that to would have.
