You don’t have to own a majority of the stock to have majority control, you just have to have more than anyone else and be over a certain percentage which in Japan is low, not sure about Korea. Ford had majority control of Mazda at one point when they only had like %40…this is all very fuzzy for me since I’m very dumb about money but I remember something like this…anyway, more importantly, this article values SNK at nearly half a billion dollars. How on earth is that possible?
