Ghosts don't move until you pass them, then they just trail behind you. You're supposed to follow a line of dots and power pellets; if you don't get one of the pellets you may go without for a while because most of the power pellets have ghosts waiting on top of them--and they carry them along with them if they move after you. Doesn't seem to be a lot of choice in what you do. |
