"collectard" is a portmanteu of collector and "retard" which is a derogatory term toward a whole swath of people who are non-neurotypical or have developmental disabilities. Since it's based on a term that's specifically used as a slur toward a marginalized group of people you shouldn't use it unless you want to align yourself with people who enjoy punching down.
