With the announcement of the cool new Neo Geo AES system, I got to thinking about what I'd like to see if they did a similar thing with the NGPC. If I was going to design an ultimate bundle comparable to what is being offered for the AES (system, peripherals and 10 games) I think it would be something like: - One anthracite NGPC - One clear NGPC - A/C adapter - Link cable - Carry case. As for the games: MOTM, CFC 2, Poke Kun, Biomotor Unitron, Faselei, Last Blade, KOF R2, Neo Turf Masters, Matal Slug 2nd Mission, Gals Fighters. There is no puzzle game in this list, so I should probably drop one of the fighting games for a puzzle game, but it's hard to decide because the fighters are so good! As for the technical upgrades, obviously it would be great to see a modern led screen in it as well as online capabilities and some kind of SD card function. What would your ideal NGPC re-release look like?

Might be a bit over the top, but HDMI out and compatibility with the new AES wireless controllers, especially if they could map long presses and short presses to separate buttons! Also, maybe they could finish MOTM2 ;)

That would be so amazing. I am still surprised by Star Fox 2’s inclusion on the SNES Classic and this would be even more miraculous! I would like there to be a New NGPC in the package as I never owned it. An oled screen would indeed be nice.

Asking for any new software from SNK is like asking for new music from the Beatles. You can legally get it done…but it will never be magic (or even half good) unless it’s a %90 finished thing that was originally made in the old days. My (very incomplete) understanding of MotM2 is that it was very incomplete. There certainly could be some unfinished NGP game worth putting out though. When they killed the NGP they did it so abruptly.
