Normally this gives you a red card and a 2 game suspension, which sucks... But there's a "Gentleman" ring you can get that prevents you from getting red cards... Which means you can theoretically slowly injure the entire opposing team until they're all hobbling along at a snail's pace. The CPU doesn't seem to do substitutions for injured players. It's not a perfect game but it's more fun than you would think. (n/t) from VortexSpin.
