It's 100% my go-to when I pull out the Vita. After a bit of that, I decided to go through my collection and pick one of my untouched dungeon crawlers. I landed on Dungeon Travelers 2. The biggest surprise about the game so far is the writing... just because it's actually made me laugh out loud a few times already. It's 4th-wall-breaking stuff, mostly making fun of all the typical dungeon crawler tropes. But it also references a lot of anime tropes too, and I dunno... it's just tickling me in the right ways at the moment. I just was expecting a grindy dungeon romp, which is definitely there, but now I can also actually pay attention to the dialogue. Anyway, the Vita is maybe my 2nd favorite handheld behind the Gameboy SP. I had enough forethought to bulk up on cheap games for it when it was near death so I've got lots of 'new' stuff to try for years, but just like you, I'll still always return to Hot Shots Golf. I think I'm going to show the wife Katamari on it too... she's a non-gamer but I told her the premise of it, and she instantly wanted to play. (n/t) from Bean.

I don’t have a lot of Vita games. I remember going to the store a million times and not seeing a single thing worth buying. Everything I have is an import from Bandai or something I got on clearance. I only bought Dead or Alive - Pervert Island or whatever it’s called because it was the lone Vita game at Meijer for years and its cover was literally fading. It’s crap, btw. Nothing worth anything. I really wish there was some kind of action game that used the analog sticks well and was something I’d actually play. I did have a lot of fun with those Bandai games though so I’m not complaining.
