Hey after about 30 years of wanting to, I finally made a game. Give it a try if you have some time. Draws inspiration from stuff like Puzzle Link.

Fun! For some reason, I had to train myself to not only go for a 'line' of matching blocks. A 'puzzle' game mode of this would be cool too!

Yeah there's a premium on getting 4's and 5's, and I've had to train myself to recognize how to migrate the blocks into position.

fun! interesting how you can get in the way of a combo with your own little body - that's the thing I'm trying to wrap my mind around. but otherwise I found it pretty intuitive. fun times!

Yes. You don't just get to slide anything anywhere; you have to manipulate your position first. This could be slow and tedious if we're not being careful, so I made the movement pretty fast. You end up with a lot of accidental matches this way, which is why 4's and 5's have such a premium. If random behavior is just as effective as careful behavior the game becomes a snooze.
