Yes. You don't just get to slide anything anywhere; you have to manipulate your position first. This could be slow and tedious if we're not being careful, so I made the movement pretty fast. You end up with a lot of accidental matches this way, which is why 4's and 5's have such a premium. If random behavior is just as effective as careful behavior the game becomes a snooze.
