Man. I never beat Ninja Spirit. That one always kicked my ass. The issue you sort of get at there, I have that too. If you memorized a game in max crush mode it’s easier than going slower and being less effective. For example, Ghouls and Ghosts. If you slow down or go backwards or whatever you’re completely fucked because the enemies never stop coming. Adventure Island is another one. The best way to beat most of that game is by holding Right and memorizing jump timing. Dracula X is a bit more complex but has the same trait. The only way to win is to win. When I forget how to completely dominate it I can’t really play it at all.
